Hey! In this video I want to talk about how to overcome fear and discomfort, to work with the part of your brain that’s always gonna be telling you to not do the scary thing. This is something that I’m very much working through myself at the moment and I loove to share what I learn from what I’m going through so that we can work through things together. Love and appreciate you.

SOMETHING THAT I DIDN'T SAY IN THE VIDEO - A successful, productive week to me ALSO involves me working on my big goals. This is kind of super important.

This video is all about how to do the productive stuff that actually helps you to work towards your goals - rather than getting stuck in a 'busy' rut. It's so v v easy to be busy, but so v v hard to actually be productive.

I talk about all of the apps that I use for self care, organisation and to generally keep my life running smoothly.

This video is all about breaking bad habits - whether that be breaking the bad habit of going on facebook, breaking the bad habit of drinking one too many coffee's or breaking the bad habit of smoking. I really hope you guys dig this one, I had a lot of fun looking into all the bits and pieces and pulling it together. I know my 'thing' is usually that my videos are short and snappy and this is a little lengthier, but I promise it's filled with value and actionable advice to help you break any bad habits that you have.
