This is the third
test/ pilot video that was created for the beginner to fitness and weight loss.
I wanted to share these videos that we recorded as we plan to convert some of my other fitness guides into video courses. I am really excited about this project as it is something that I’ve wanted to do for years… Just need to become a bit more comfortable in front of the camera.
Anyway, I have a series of videos created for the beginner that outlines some major exercise choices that can be developed and used in different ways for a lifetime of fitness progression. While you guys are waiting for the book to be finished, I will share five exercise demonstrations and a really quick but mega effective workout method that uses all five of these movements.
These videos will probably benefit the beginner the most, as this is how I would start training in the gym if I were to start from scratch but knowing what I know now.
Please remember that these are only test videos so feedback is very welcome. Keep an eye out for more vids in the short series; I have about 5 to share with you.
These videos can be seen as a "mini course" -
Learn the exercises, and hit the circuit at the end!
These exercise movements can be used for the rest of your life for all types of fitness goals, from fat burning and muscle toning to endurance and bodybuilding.
