Beginner fitness tips

This is my 5th video on Beginner fitness tips. This series looks at the first steps that you should take if you are looking to build a solid foundation and surpass your fitness ambitions.
This time I look at the characteristics that in my opinion make up a good fitness routine.
There are three main traits that make up a good fitness routine that will get you results. I believe that these important Beginner fitness tips are:
- The routine that you pick should break you in gently
- The routine should have a timescale
- The routine should be structured and progressive
In the video I explain in more depth and give an explanation of these three important characteristics.
If you are new to fitness, these Beginner fitness tips are helping you, you see logic in my philosophies and you are serious about getting your first set of real fitness/ fat loss results, I have taken care of the first steps for you in an easy to follow and "to the point" beginner workout book.
This is also briefly looked at in the video.
