These Healthy High Protein Muffins are great to have in your fridge. I use them for healthy nutritous snacks when I get hungry between meals and also as a pre workout meal.
Al though I make these in the form of small muffins in the video, its also very possible to mix the batter as described and cook it in a loaf tin to make a "Sliceable" loaf. Someone over on my facebook page actually put theirs in a waffle iron!
So, have a play with it and make it your own. Remember that these recipes are not an exact science so change up the ingredients and try different things. Thats how new recipes are invented.
Good luck with this and dont eat all of your muffins all at once! :-)
