Amla/Gooseberry— 1 kg. Salt— 3 tsp. Turmeric powder/— 1tsp.




Red chilli powder—1tsp. Fennel seeds/saunf—11/2 tsp. Mustard seeds/Rai—2 tsp. Fenugreek seeds/methi dana—1 tsp. Asofedita/Hing—1/2 tsp. Mustard oil/sarson ka tel—1 cup. Method- Heat oil in a karahi.Add asofedita and fenugreek seeds,mustard seeds and fennel seeds.Now add gooseberries,salt,turmeric powder and red chilli powder.Cook gooseberries until it is soft and moisture evaporates.It will take around 7-8 minutes.Turn off the gas and store in a airtight jar when it cools down.
